Quilts of Valor Donation
Jack Ross presents a $500 SAVCO Community Outreach Donation to Joyce Ziebarth for her Quilts of Valor expenses.
The First QOV was awarded in November 2003 at Walter Reed Medical Center to a young soldier from Minnesota who lost his leg in Iraq.
In 2014, QOV Foundation reached a milestone by awarding 100,000 QOVs to Service Members and Veterans. Volnteers are working towards 500,000 comforting and healing QOVs awarded for the foundations 20th Anniversary in 2023.

Joyce awarded a Quilt of Valor to Craig Cushenberry at his home in Sedona. SAVCO and Rotary members organized a work day to help clean up his yard.
