Mulligan Rules

Mulligans may be used for replayed shots during regular tournament play only.

Mulligans may not be used for the Long Drive contest, Putting Contest, Closest to the Pin, Hole-in-One opportunities, or any other contest, challenge, or game on the course.

All proceeds from Mulligan & Putting Contest Package sales directly support the tournament’s mission and the programs we are raising funds for.

  • Terms & Conditions

    By registering for the SAVCO Charity Golf Tournament, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Registration & Payment Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

    •Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by SAVCO.

    •Golfer substitutions may be made up to 48 hours prior to the event.

    2. Event Participation

    •All golfers must check in at the registration table no later than 7:00 AM.

    •Tee-off will begin promptly at 8:30 AM in a shotgun start format.

    •Players are expected to follow the rules of Oakcreek Country Club and standard golf etiquette.

    3. Conduct & Sportsmanship

    •This is a charity and community-based event. Participants are expected to act respectfully and in good sportsmanship at all times.

    •Any conduct deemed inappropriate by event organizers may result in removal from the event without refund.

    4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Participants acknowledge that golf is a physical activity that involves inherent risks.

    •By registering, golfers agree to assume full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage incurred during the tournament.

    •SAVCO, Oakcreek Country Club, volunteers, sponsors, and associated parties are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property.

    5. Inclement Weather Policy The tournament will proceed rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, adjustments may be made at the discretion of Oakcreek Country Club and SAVCO organizers.

    No refunds will be issued due to weather delays or adjustments unless the event is fully canceled. 6. Media & Photography Release By participating, you grant SAVCO permission to use your name, image, and likeness in promotional materials, photos, or video taken during the event, without compensation. 7. Silent Auction & Contest Participation Participants engaging in contests (e.g., Hole-in-One, Putting Challenge) or bidding in the silent auction agree to abide by all posted rules and eligibility criteria. By submitting your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
