Whether you’ve helped in the past or are new to our team, your support makes a meaningful difference for veterans, students, and local programs. Volunteer shifts are available for half-day or full-day on Saturday, September 27, so even a few hours of your time can help make the day a success. As a thank you, all volunteers receive a complimentary event t-shirt and lunch on tournament day. Restrictions Which positions are you interested in volunteering for?Sponsorship Outreach - Help secure local and regional sponsors prior to the event. This role includes contacting businesses, sharing sponsorship benefits, and collecting logos or auction items. Training and a script will be provided. Perfect for those with strong communication skills or community connections.Donation Outreach - Help gather in-kind donations for our raffle and silent auction. This includes contacting local businesses for gift cards, baskets, merchandise, or services. Outreach can be done by phone, email, or in person. Materials and talking points will be provided.Floaters & General Support - Step in where needed throughout the day — from delivering supplies to covering other volunteers' breaks. Best for flexible, go-with-the-flow helpers.Contest Hole - Assistants Supervise specialty holes like Hole-in-One, Longest Drive, and Putting Challenge. Help explain rules, record results, and cheer on golfers.Parking & Guest Greeters - Direct guests to parking areas, greet them upon arrival, and guide them to registration. This role sets the tone for the day — friendly smiles encouraged!Cart Marshals - Assist golfers with finding their carts, help with starting assignments, and manage the flow of carts throughout the tournament. Ideal for organized, proactive volunteers.Set-Up and Clean-Up Crew - Help set up signage, tables, tents, banners, and auction displays in the early morning. Return at the end of the day to assist with clean-up and breakdown. Perfect for hands-on volunteers.Lunch & Beverage Station Support - Assist with setup and service of the buffet lunch and/or help restock the beverage cart throughout the day. Ensure food and drink stations run smoothly.Raffle & Prize Table - Oversee raffle ticket sales, manage prize displays, and help coordinate prize distribution. This is a great role for outgoing volunteers who enjoy engaging with participants.Silent Auction Assistants - Help set up auction tables, monitor bids, answer questions about items, and assist with prize pickup and payment processing. Comfortable guest interaction is a plus.Hole Monitors - Assigned to specific holes to help monitor pace of play, record contest results (e.g., Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive), and ensure players understand rules. Great for detail-oriented volunteers.Registration & Check-In - Welcome golfers as they arrive, check them in, distribute scorecards, swag bags, and wristbands.
