SAVCO Golf Tournament Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview By submitting payment or confirmation for sponsorship of the SAVCO Golf Tournament (“Event”), the sponsoring entity (“Sponsor”) agrees to the following terms and conditions as set forth by SAVCO (Sedona Area Veterans Community Outreach), the event organizer.

2. Sponsorship Levels & Benefits Each sponsorship level includes specific benefits as outlined in the official sponsorship packet. SAVCO reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to these benefits due to unforeseen circumstances or necessary changes in event logistics.

3. Payment Terms Full payment is required to confirm sponsorship. Payment must be received no later than [insert due date], unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until payment is received.

4. Use of Logos & Trademarks Sponsors grant SAVCO the right to use their name, logo, and branding in marketing materials, including (but not limited to) flyers, social media posts, banners, press releases, and the official event program. Sponsors may not use the SAVCO name, logo, or materials without prior written consent.

5. Sponsor Deliverables Sponsors are responsible for submitting logos, advertising copy, and any promotional materials (e.g., banners, giveaways, digital ads) by the deadlines specified in the sponsorship packet or communicated by SAVCO. Delays in submission may result in exclusion from certain benefits.

6. Cancellations & Refund Policy All sponsorships are non-refundable once confirmed and paid.

SAVCO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event in whole or in part due to acts of God, severe weather, public safety concerns, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. SAVCO will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative sponsorship exposure, recognition, or a rescheduled event opportunity, but is under no obligation to do so.

7. Liability & Indemnity SAVCO shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury incurred by the Sponsor or their representatives in connection with the Event. The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SAVCO, its officers, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the Sponsor’s involvement in the Event.

8. Code of Conduct Sponsors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner throughout the duration of the Event. SAVCO reserves the right to remove or deny any Sponsor or their representatives from participation due to inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with these terms.

9. Event Modifications SAVCO reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or programming as necessary. Efforts will be made to notify Sponsors promptly of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Yavapai County.
